Who are we?
We are a taxi service with many years of experience and therefore understand the issues related to the taxi industry. Because we know the issues, we work with drivers who also have many years of experience and can provide and present the services we offer. In addition to services, we also want to offer our customers safety and reliability.
We operate on a telephone ordering platform, WhatsApp orders or email vehicle reservations. We believe that in the future we will also provide an app, but that takes time for quality development.
Me and my clients
We want to be number one on the market for you as clients, and that is why we are different. It is no great art to take an order or make a reservation, but it is an art to actually be able to provide a vehicle; and it is also no art to state a vehicle's arrival time according to a computer (which is often wildly inaccurate), but it is an art to provide it as accurately as possible.
To ensure we can provide the most accurate estimated arrival time possible, we liaise directly with our drivers, who are aware of road conditions, although we must admit that it is not possible to determine this with 100% accuracy.
In conclusion
Since a taxi is a premium transport service, according to our conscience we provide a standard of vehicles (mid-range and upper class), reliability, cleanliness of the vehicles and, most importantly, we only promise customers what we know we can deliver.
